Thank you for the wonderful staging of my unit at 3/24 Kingsway Ave.  When I saw the photos in Property Press I thought it was somebody else's flash house - but no, it was mine! Nadia came for the initial consultation and gave me some great sound advice that I followed about how to present the property. Just wanted to let you know how thrilled I was with the staging you did for our home.
I had left most of the furniture in the house, but felt that most of the rooms just needed to be taken to the next level to give the place some wow.
When my agent recommended you we were happy to go along, and hoped that we would end up with each room looking better, but to be honest I didn't expect you to be able to deliver that wow.
But you and your ladies certainly did. It didn't look staged - it was very homely but it had the wow and that meant that the photos looked stunning.
I have no doubt that this contributed to the great sale price that we got in the weekend. It exceeded our expectations by $50,000.
