Thank you for the wonderful staging of my unit at 3/24 Kingsway Ave.  When I saw the photos in Property Press I thought it was somebody else’s flash house – but no, it was mine! As you might already know, there was such interest in the unit, that the auction was brought forward, and sold last Friday the 14th.  I really think I have to thank Maggie Rebello for her wonderful input and encouragement, and most of all her wealth of contacts.  Her contact with you brought everything together, with the finishing touches of the homestaging making the place look very smart and upmarket. Thank you as well for being okay with the change of times, and the pressure to get the unit finished before the photographer came on the Thursday.
